This whole deboned bird can eaily serve 2 - 3 people. We lighlty brine the bird so it stays juicy even if fogotten in the oven. We are in love with this dish. It is stuffed with seasonal vegetables from spinach to mushrooms (give us a ring to find out todays flavor). This dish heats through ealiy in a 350* oven for 20 to 25 minuites. Our beautiful chicken come with a side starch.
